Publishing House “Virtus Interpress” continues to implement it’s transparency policy in terms of communication with the key stakeholders – authors. This time we would like to publish some new pieces of feedback of the reviewers and authors who published their papers in the journal of Risk Governance and Control: Financial Markets & Institutions.

The comments are available below:

Feedback from the authors:

I am thankful for the quick response to my emails by Editorial team. I received high quality feedback that allowed me to update the article to the required standard in preparation for publication. Keep up the good works of supporting academics as we continue to create new knowledge"

Dr. Harit SATT, School of Business Administration, Al Akhawayn University, Marocco: “I believe that this journal is doing good at all levels.”

Feedback from the reviewers:

Ja Kim, Nottingham University, the UK: “The journal receives high quality, relevant papers to the topic. The review process is timely and the editor is always responsive. There is little delay in the review and publication, while reviewers receive sufficient time to read and digest submitted manuscripts. Hence, reviewers can provide detailed, relevant feedbacks to authors.”

Prof. Sanjana Brijball Parumasur, University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa: "Having been a reviewer to submissions to the Risk Governance and Control Journal I am in a position to provide feedback on my experience of the process as a reviewer of manuscripts.:
"Firstly, I must congratulate the Editor and support team for the exemplary support offered ro reviewers. Interactions and requests for reviews were professionally and politely requested and any gueries were managed expeditiously with no time delays. Responses were immediate and guidance on any aspect of the review process was prompt and complete. The support staff made the review reports/templates available together with the sunbmission for consideration so there was no need to follow-up for such documentation. The reviewers in the double-blind process are encouraged to rovide constructive feedback in a very collegial, courteous and developmental manner. The Editor was available and willing to respond to any concerns efficiently and with complete precision. His leadership and management of the journal is professional, exemplary and he has provided immense support and direction. He has regulated the journal with complete dedication and has upheld the integrity of the journal by advocating the publication of quality outputs.
I take the opportunity of thanking the Editor and her support team for their dedication and continued assistance throughout the year."
