Corporate Governance and Organizational Behavior Review

This is an open access journal.
Starting from 2025 Corporate Governance and Organizational Behavior Review is published twice a year by Virtus Interpress. Editorial cooperation with the Sapienza University of Rome is arranged through the Department of Management. The journal considers the interaction of corporate governance as a system with an external environment in contrast to the corporate governance as a system itself. Behavior of the structures of the system of corporate governance in interaction with other stakeholders is a subject of the journal.

The journal was launched in 2017. Starting from January 2022 it is a complete Open Access journal.
Corporate Governance and Organizational Behavior Review adheres to the BOAI definition of open access: that users have the right to "read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles".

Corporate Governance and Organizational Behavior Review metrics (years 2017-2024): h-index - 17, i10-index - 47 based on Google Scholar.
