For the conference participants in Luneburg
Dear participants of the International Conference “Corporate Governance, Accounting and Audit: Crisis Challenges” that will take place in Lüneburg (Germany) on November 26, 2015 we would like to draw your attention to the final program of the conference.
According to the program each presenter will have at least half an hour for the presentation together with the following discussion. Please plan your speech accordingly. Session chair will control the time frame. We will have to finish the conference strictly before 17:45 and we have to catch the bus to the dinner restaurant which departs at 18:00 (the next bus will be only at 19:00 so punctuality is important) from the conference venue (Leuphana University Luneburg).
If you depart from the conference earlier or later you will have to reach dinner venue by yourself. Dinner will be held at Hotel Bergström, Bei der Lüner Mühle, 21335 Lüneburg, Germany. It will start at 19:00, please be there in time.
We ask conference participants to send their PPT or PDF slides beforehand to Yaroslav Mozghovyi at mozghovyi[at]virtusinterpress.org. If you do not have a possibility to send slides beforehand please bring them with you on the USB stick.
On the last page of the conference program you will find information on how to reach Luneburg from Hamburg and how to get to the conference venue from the train station in Luneburg. Conference registration starts at 9 AM so we ask all the participants to register in time.
