Corporate Board: role, duties and composition

The journal is devoted to problems in corporate board practices caused by a well-known "separation of ownership and control" issue and new ones such as overcompensation of directors, lack of accountability, weak social responsibility. We write on board size and composition, board committees, board roles, director and executive compensation, director election, director independence.

The journal was launched in 2005.
