All those interested to submit us your papers to place these at our web-site will have to pay USD20 (without a blind reviewing) or USD50 (with a blind reviewing). This amount will cover our expenses to make technical operations concerning putting your works at the web-site and support it, and, if needed, expenses on reviewing process. Duration of presence of your works at our web-site is 1 (one) year.
Your works should be sent to us as MSword files by e-mail. This will let us format your works as we require and place it at our web-site without any delay.

Payment should be done by check (USD24 or USD54, respectively, including administration fee on checks). Check should be made payable to Dr. Alexander Kostyuk and sent at:
